"Stay was very seamless. To and fro transport arranged for us from airport. Highly convenient location. Kids had a great time at the pool and beach. However, the food at the beach bistro can be improved. Another important point to consider is the use of plastic. A walk at the beach shows so many pieces afloat. It would be a great move to ban all plastic. "

"Breakfast is excellent! Anna at the breakfast restaurant really made our 5 days vacation a great one. She treated my family like family. Room cleaning can be improved. The backyard and private pool was not clean for all the 5 days we were there. However, I can overlook all that because of an excellent service in other areas. Thanks "

"This was a family of 5 stay, with 2 toddlers and 1 teenager. Everyone loved it. The kids club was great for the toddlers and they have scheduled activities. Maybe after age 6 or 7 it could be to baby-ish. The private pool was aaaaaaaamazing, especially for a night swim. We had the two bedroom villa. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. "前回ホテルの口コミを記載させていただきましたので、今回はホテル内のスパ（バンブースパ）に関して口コミさせていただきます。ホテルは良かったのですが、残念ながらスパに関しては街中のスパの方が良かった感じです。 60分のオイルマッサージを頼みましたが、マッサージスタッフの方が終わった瞬間にフィニッシュといい、そのまま退室されました。私は体中オイル塗れでタオルも渡されませんでした。街中のスパも試しましたが最後は暖かいタオルで拭き取ってくれましたが、バンブースパではありませんでした。金額もそれなりにするのでその辺りは改善して欲しいと思いました。"
