Amazing property. One of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. Couldn’t really fault this resort. Rooms were a great size with the two double/king bed options perfect for families of 4.

Hotel is great, perfect view and convenient location. The garden walk inside hotel is also very comfortable with many photo spot. I also want thank Ms Truc who helped me to arrange the shipping of one important short suit lost in room when checked out, my wife was very happy because she got this item back. I have no Vietnam No., so I can not pay when I receive the shipment. Ms Truc kindly paid it before shipping so I finally receive this item in Hotel Grand Saigon. I truly appreciate. Will say here again during my next visit.

Property is at a great location. It’s a bit outdated, but still a good value for the perks they offered. The floor is sweep but not mopped so my feet get dirty constantly after minutes of walking around. I’m conclusion they could improve on the cleanliness of the room.

Friendly staffs, especially Khanh and all bellmen are very nice and helpful. Bai Kem is of best beaches in Phu Quoc and Premier Residence is located there, very enjoyable. The resort is suitable for families with young kids

The hotel is located right next to Khem Beach. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Everything was wonderful except for the room, which had a strong musty smell. The staff helped to deodorize the room, but unfortunately, it still felt very unpleasant. The floor was also sticky and did not feel clean. Overall, everything else was great, but the musty smell and cleanliness of the floor significantly affected my experience.

The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. The service was ok. It took a very long time to get drinks and food even when it was not busy, was just us and 3 other tables. The club house and herring bar is essentially the same place, staff was very friendly but did struggle with English so google translate helps a lot. I have mobility issues and when I asked to move rooms they were unable to accommodate which was weird because when I looked at availability on their site there was rooms available but was told there was no additional rooms. Beach was amazing.

We loved everything. We were looking for relaxation by the beach and pool by this point in our trip. Premier sure did deliver on this, their location is perfect and Kelm Beach has our heart. We loved our relaxing stay. The staff were amazing - reception staff went above and beyond with the breakfast boxes organised for us to have as we had an early departure flight from the island. The buffet breakfast by the way you have so much choice, something for everyone. I would say go early to breakfast to avoid busy time (After 9am was insanely busy on our first morning at resort). We loved everything about resort location and we hope to return with the rest of the family in the future.

The staff was great. The pool and cleaning staff members were very friendly. Our kids enjoyed the many pools that they have and the white sand beach next to the hotel. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. During the ckeck-in, there were two rude guests came up and stood by my side next to the counter while the hostess was checking us in. They were literally breathing on me. The hostess asked them to wait behind me, but they didn't move. I have not been to Eastern Europe, but I don't think this is the typical behavior there. I am not sure if the staff can anything to fix this.

Was a great stay with my family. The Kids Club was exceptional, along with the pool! While it appears there is only a small section posted as "kids pool", there didn't seem to be an issue taking kids in the other pools as long as they were supervised. The private beach was also very accessible and never seemed too crowded. The free shuttle and access to transport was very convenient and appreciated. It is to note that this is a large resort, and while the service was great, don't expect the same level of service as a smaller 5 star hotel. Would easily return to this hotel as a very family friendly place.

Large, comfortable rooms with spacious balconies. Expansive pools offer space for everyone and stretch right to the beach. The buffet breakfast offers excellent choices, although the atmosphere is rather hectic manoeuvering around the crowds of people.
