"I stayed at the Alana Beach Hotel for three nights, and my stay got off to a rocky start — mainly because the promised airport pick‑up never showed up. "This resort gets its well deserved five star rating. Our room was beautiful complete with an outdoor bathtub and shower. The grounds are meticulously kept. The breakfast buffet was the largest and most varied of any I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely helpful. There are several swimming pools and a private beach. This place really was awesome."
