"1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes. The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk. If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely"

"The rooms were clean, pool and water related activities (slides, kid parks, etc.) were good enough. There are a lot of other activies for kid as well. Staffs were nice and helpful. By the way, if you don't plan on going to buffet for dinner, don't get half board. Also, dinner buffet is not the best. ..."
