"The spa was below avg, but most everything else is legit. Great service. Attentive but not intrusive. Friendly staff. Front desk is a bit odd and staffing is not great nor customer oriented as much as others. Pool and gym are very nice. Food is plentiful and varied. Property overall is very nice."

"We took so long to check in even we arrived at 8 pm the rooms weren’t ready we waited for almost one hour to check in .. there is a huge miscommunication between staff to the point that they sent the deputy manager and the security to my room to ask me to check out on the day before my checking out and he was insisting. The toilet smelled so bad as if they never maintenance the building"
