"Great location, pictures don’t show the beauty of the hotel, very kind and professional staff, very good for family vacation play ground, few pools, access to the beach but not entertainment at the beach. "

"Room was clean with a beautiful sea view, there are 3 outdoor pools (1 which is adults only) Only one of the pools has a bar near by. There is a really nice look out bar which is nice to grab a drink at before you return to your room to get ready for the evening. Drinks are ok, pilsner beer is bottled and included on the AI package. The cocktails aren't anything special and the food is also ok. The hotel has a ship theme which is nice and it docks in different countries each day. The staff...

"Das Hotel war sehr, sehr schön! Eine wirklich große und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer waren auch schön. Vielleicht nicht alles top in Schuss wie zum Beispiel die klemmenden Vorhänge oder die Balkontüren, aber nichts was unseren schönen Urlaub gemindert hätte! Das Personal war auch wirklich total lieb und immer freundlich. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder her kommen :)"

"This one is a scam. We paid for it but when we arrived, nobody was there and the phone number wasn’t picked up. Photos are most likely taken from internet. Have called hotels.com who promised to investigate "

"The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience. "

"Airport shuttle was incredibly straight-forward. No trying to find the shuttle etc, just straight to the desk and shuttle was ready in 2 minutes. The property exceeded expectations - the bed was a larger king that anticipated!"

"Great service from the staff, clean room we really enjoyed the food. We went to two restaurants in the property and we were not disappointed with the food and drinks that were provided. We also really enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub in our room. "
