"Clean rooms, ac great. Airport pickup could be better (waiting was a little bit long). I understand the fuel situation but don’t keep passengers waiting. Breakfast is great, probably, the table server could be more attentive, esp with coffee and tea services"

"Rooms were amazing! We got upgraded to villa suite by the wonderful manager and very accommodating staff. Food was 8/10, could work on variety throughout the days so it’s not the same everytime but the meat stations changed everyday which was really nice! Entertainment was meh, Could really use improvement but overall experience was 8/10, would definitely recommend and return for a future visit!"

"Property is very very big and right on the beach. I would say the biggest complaint is the wifi in the room is very weak and not that much better when you go around the property. Second, please put a window instead of a screen in the bathroom. We were next to the stairs and it’s just people walking around all hours of the night talking loudly and sliding their feet in their sandals on the ground. Third, it’s not really a complaint but the pool bar would be better if it was completely wrap...

"The service was out of this world. The reception staff was phenomenal. Always smiling, always helpful, extremely understanding. The breakfast buffet was diverse, varied, and excellent !!! The rooms were very comfortable and very accommodating. Highly recommended. Would definitely repeat it again"

"The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience. "
