"The staff were slow checking us in. It was advertised with free buffet dinner and breakfast. But was told only free breakfast. We have to pay $18 for dinner. I showed them the picture of their ad on expedia but they still insist. The hotel doesn't have an elevator to the 4th floor, which is quiet a challenge for the elderly. The breakfast is ok."
