"Glee is an excellent hotel"

"breakfast very $$$ & half the items were cold shuttle bus left without us when they knew what flight we arrived on they did help us with a reservation for the wrong date but they weren't even close to being full so that should have been easy beautiful rooms and property "

"Great location, pictures don’t show the beauty of the hotel, very kind and professional staff, very good for family vacation play ground, few pools, access to the beach but not entertainment at the beach. "

"The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. "

"Das Hotel war sehr, sehr schön! Eine wirklich große und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer waren auch schön. Vielleicht nicht alles top in Schuss wie zum Beispiel die klemmenden Vorhänge oder die Balkontüren, aber nichts was unseren schönen Urlaub gemindert hätte! Das Personal war auch wirklich total lieb und immer freundlich. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder her kommen :)"

"This one is a scam. We paid for it but when we arrived, nobody was there and the phone number wasn’t picked up. Photos are most likely taken from internet. Have called hotels.com who promised to investigate "

"The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience. "

"Very friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable beds. Didn’t eat there so can’t speak for the food. The room seemed a bit small for two people with two suitcases and carry on bags. It’s unfortunate that the rooms with the bath tubs only have the twin beds. As a couple who wanted a bathtub we had no choice but to take the room with two single beds."

"Staff and property were very nice. Only complaints were the expensive food- not even complimentary coffee- and our room never got cold- AC not very good. Good to find out that they offer day rooms for short layovers."

"The front staff are very friendly 💯👏👏 however during dinner, there were no varieties and also drinks were not included, at least a glass of juice per person would work. I Also requested for a packed breakfast, however there was no menu to choose from, and also was packed without cutlery. My daughter accidentally scratched her face at the beach, we requested for a first aid or an Elastoplast, only to be told it was not available. At the poolside, we ordered chicken nuggets and lollipops but...

"Great service from the staff, clean room we really enjoyed the food. We went to two restaurants in the property and we were not disappointed with the food and drinks that were provided. We also really enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub in our room. "
