"Room 417 smelled like stool. We alerted the front desk, and they walked back to our room with us and agreed it smelled like bowel. Left us to spray and said they were full and could not change our room. "

"Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room. "

"The Manchester is so very unique and beautifully designed. The staff was over the top appreciative and helpful. Manny was our driver from the hotel and was more than helpful. The Manchester is pet friendly and we’re happy to see our little furry animals. Parking was fabulous and it’s just outside Main Street Lexington so no problem with crazy traffic or parking. only about five minutes from Rupp Arena so perfect location."

"The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend. "

"Our stay at this hotel was from Friday, Mar 20 to Sunday, Mar 22---two overnights. We would have rated the hotel higher except for an incident causing considerable inconvenience. Upon arrival late Friday afternoon we noticed two signs, one was a folding sign, the other was permanently affixed near the elevator door, announcing Saturday Brunch between 9am and 2pm in the Rooftop Grill. Considering this, we invited in-town guests to join us for breakfast the next morning, Saturday. We met them...

"Clean bed, no bugs. Very dusty room. Some of the toiletries were already opened and used (lotion). We requested a couple extra pillows during the night and it took 7 hours to get them. Breakfast was good but expensive."
