"Not bad pool was cold though and room was a lil dirty but not bad for the price."

"Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel"

"Vanity in bathroom too wide so you cannot sit on toilet straight, no room for right leg. Sounds crazy but someone bought vanities too deep for the area and noone bothered fixing the problem…..sink didn’t drain and was gross….no refrigerator and everytime you go to front desk all they have is warm water…lobby on floor 1 is hot and filthy…oh yeah no vending machines and ice machine was broken the whole stay….other than that it was perfect!!"

"Great spacious suite. Breakfast was ok. Patio area was excellent but necessary to bring your own drinks and food since there is no restaurant. Parking was convenient but not cheap. Great location downtown."

"This is an older property in downtown Louisville that is fully maintained. We loved the location which was centrally located for bourbon hunting. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay at this property again."

"Fantastic location, room updated but still rough around the edges...issues were.lack of staffing related possibly. First we thought we were staying at a location with amazing amenities, most were not open. Pool was closed all weekend which was a big part of choosing place. The room was not serviced all weekend and we weren't notified about that prior but when packing to leave found a sheet with a list stating no weekend housekeeping and if you wanted clean towels or garbage out it had to be...

"Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. Maybe the worker, who was alone, was tired and overwhelmed from the many people coming in that night. She...
