The room was dirty upon arrival, with stained surfaces, dust in multiple areas, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to stay there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the entire property appeared poorly maintained. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip quickly became frustrating because of the condition of the hotel. The experience was so unpleasant that I made the decision to end my trip early and return...

"Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening.
