Utensils needed cleaning before we can use them. All the rest were fine and the personnel were polite and accommodating."

AC was cooling and bottle water was available. Luckily toilets flushed well. Don’t expect room cleaning and have to ask staff daily to top up water and coffee. I stayed 4 days. "
