"Pros:
Ver close to Alma-ata mall - perfect for shopping
Clean and nice apartment with great views
Includes many benefits such as bar (although you need to pay for items), washer with washing powder etc
Easy check in and good communication with host
Perfect for longs stays
There was no Iron, we requested and it was provided quickly
Cons
Apartment in pictures were not the one provided to us. We were assigned to a different house by company.
