"We stayed on the ground floor away from the road and it was really quiet. The breakfast was ok for a small hotel. We found the hotel comfortable.We did have a safe problem, which wasn’t fixed, but we did only stay 2 nights."

"I recently stayed at the Novotel City Centre for work, and both the hotel and its location were excellent. Unfortunately, I was overcharged by a taxi driver upon arrival at the airport, who demanded 40,000 KZT for a ride that should have cost only 10,000 KZT. "All inclusive hotel. They area is new one. Is nothing around, but they manage well, you dont need to go out of the hotel, only issues is about isnyou need to buy medicinal, but removing that is perfect place to be."
