"Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The property is big, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and very helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had half board, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. Dinner was especially enjoyable, as it was served by the pool with beautiful lights creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. "Fantastic stay and lovely hotel. Still some building works ongoing but didn’t really impact our stay too much. Great entertainment in evening and food was good. Animation team day activities could be improved as never really tell you what’s on and where and most of the time the activities never even happen despite seeing loads of animation team around the hotel."
