"I can only rave about the service I received at this property. Everyone is so kind and so observant and so attentive to every single need. They go above and beyond. When I left this morning, they had a gift for me. I had to leave for my plane at 2 AM. They arranged for transportation pack me a breakfast coffee and gave me two gifts with a smile. I almost hated to leave. It was like I was going to be missed by my new family. The beach is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of space. The villas are nice and big. The property is in pristine condition. I have no complaints. They remember my birthday also saying to me brought me a cake made up the bed with decorations twice excellent excellent excellent! Highly recommend"

"This hotel was absolutely amazing! The views were stunning, and there was always something going on. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but worth every penny. Everyone was so friendly, and I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. Elijah showed us around and was incredibly nice—he gave me and my grandmother a full tour of the property and great recommendations for excursions. He even arranged to have a birthday gift sent to my room, which made my stay even more special. The food was great, and the property had everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Smiles was lovely. Comfortable rooms, ok breakfast, very nice dinners. Always fishing boats to watch when the tide is in. Great swimming beach when the tide was coming and going. I would recommend this small non alcoholic Beach Hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants just outside their gate. Security was very good. "

"Amazing hotel to stay. Being an avid traveller, I can say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The food is exceptional in quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. I'd 100% recommend this hotel and will be vising again"
