"The position of the hotel is perfect, 2 min away from the center. However that is where our positive experience ended. We got the "apartment" not the "basic" rooms. As a result we where taken nicely to a adjected building via the trash corridor with the nice freezer that looked just like one of those you keep bodies in, in horror movies. "Wir hatten 2 Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und wurden aufgrund eines nicht nachvollziehbaren Computerfehlers downgegradet auf ein kleines Einzelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungsflur und einem Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer. Da nichts anderes vorhanden war und wir eine lange Fahrt hinter uns hatten, nahmen wir die Zimmer in unserer Not. Bei der Abreise wurde versucht erneut per Kreditkarte die Hotelkosten nochmals zu kassieren, selbst als wir den Kostenbeleg über die erfolgte Zahlung nochmal...
