"Check in was smooth and quick, appreciated being offered a floor preference for our room. The place was clean, smelled nice and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Our bedding was a little worn with pilling pillow cases and holes in the comforter. We enjoyed the hot tub although the pool was a little on the dirty side. The breakfast was great! A wide selection of options, hot and delicious. The location is right off the interstate, but still very quiet. Would definitely stay here again."

"It is the perfect location with everything you need in one spot! This was our first time staying at this hotel and wish we would've sooner! You won't be disappointed!"

"The room was mostly clean, however there was a dried contact on the nightstand, and parts of the rug were sticky. The TV in the kids cabin kept shutting off, and the daybed was broken in the sense that kids could get splinters, not that they couldn’t sleep on it. The refrigerator froze our drinks and food and the dial on it was broken so we couldn’t change the setting. Other than that we loved everything. "

"People from all walks of life come here and stay here long term. I paid 2x more in another state last week for same type of amenities. I was here for 2 days. Nothing bad or out of ordinary. No breakfast. They did have coffee in the morning tho."

"Spacious and comfortable rooms! As it's not on some descriptions, the rooms that aren't rooms with full kitchens still do get those double-sized minifridges. Their 'basic' rooms are better than many hotels upgraded rooms! The Lobby is very well kept. Location is quiet and right off the highway. Very engaging and attentive staff! First time at a Sonesta; Sonesta, get ready for all my friends and family :)."

"Clean. Nice staff. Breakfast adequate. Both ice machines broke. Fire alarm light hanging from wires. Hot tub not working. Gym equipment adequate."

"Tv remote didn’t work. I went and got 3 more to try and none worked. I called and they said they would send someone to fix. Never happened until the next day after I complained again. Also no shower curtain. That took a half an hour. Once I got a curtain there was water sloshing around between the original bath tub and the facade fiberglass tub they put over it in the remodel. Not only was it difficult and dangerous to shower in that mess, but there was water shooting out from under the facade tub that flooded the floor of the bathroom and smelled like horrible moldy sewer. I made them give me a new room, but of course they lied to me and said they didn’t have any rooms with 2 queens so we were stuck with one bed. I feel like this was a huge lie because there were maybe 15 cars in the entire parking lot and probably more than 200 units in the hotel. No more rooms with 2 queens?? Thoroughly disappointed with Baymont."

"Beautifully updated hotel, comfortable beds, spacious rooms., very clean. The $15 breakfast was poor and not at all worth it. But other than the breakfast, it was great!"
