Connected room is convenient for my children to stay near The only thing didn't work was the air conditioner that comes with fan and no way to turn it off without turning of the air conditioner. "

"My Husband, dog & I have been here for almost two weeks, as we wait for our condo to be done. In our opinion, this is one of the best hotels in there area .. from the price point to the free breakfast, and maintenance of the hotel. The lobby is very lovely! During daytime hours they are always doing something to maintain the quality of the building/grounds... everyone is doing something, (but not in an annoying way). "I booked 2 rooms. 1 had a musty odor, which im the only one it bothered, and the other smelled fabulous, so i got that one 😁 outside of that everything was perfect. It was a family weekend and the location was perfect with amenities suiting 65 yo to 2 yo. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Street car right by to take us downtown or just walk to the adjoining mall full of specialty shops.at Crown Center. The aquarium, lego land and union station all right there. "This place was just what we needed for a 5 night stay! It was cozy and has the best breakfast!! "

"The staff was professional and empathetic. My flight was cancel at 11pm and when I called Delta there was a 4 hour wait time. I decided to go to the airport just to find out it was closed but before I left i informed the front desk gentleman about mentioned he will wait for our situation and keep our room open. We headed back and he was waiting with us by the entrance with waters and new keys. That gesture went a long way. Thank you! "

"Im Rahmen einer Rundreise sind wir in Wichita gelandet. Dort wurde meine Tochter krank und hatte Fieber bekommen. Daraufhin haben wir beschlossen uns erst mal zu erholen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen die Geschäfte sind nicht weit weg. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten war sehr groß und sauber. Insgesamt kann ich es nur empfehlen. "

"Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, shower and hair dryer worked just fine. Hallways appeared to need a little repairing around baseboards in a few places, and there is no elevator on the side of the hotel we were on."
