"I only stayed on night but the staff were incredible. I do not know her name but she has long curly blonde, I believe, hair. She is thin and has long nails, can't text without them :). She was the best host I have been around. She was accommodating, polite, funny, and helpful. If she was in Kansas City, I would hire her. When I am back in Wichita, I will definitely stay at the Ambassador again. Kudos to your team."

"Parking lot is a little rough but the inside of the hotel was nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly. Ice machine was broken, but the staff would get you some if you went to the desk. Pet friendly a plus for us! "
