"Restaurant was not good. Not much to do. Kids overran the indoor pool. Outdoor pool was out. Pretty inside but not worth the stay. "

"I stayed in two rooms due to me extending so I had to recheck in because of a family emergency however both rooms had a stench to it, one smelled like a cat may have urinated inside previously and the other smelled like mustiness. I thought it was just me feeling this way but when my daughter visited , she confirmed what I was smelling. Also the second room 301 had ants that actually got inside of my clothes and personal belongings. Other than that I guess the visit was a little less than fair...

"Maybe I'm old but for a Hilton this was super average room wise. Asked for more towels to be brought up to room and never got them. Breakfast was super expensive and had to pay for parking. Meh. "

"Really just the only choice to stay in Kansas City. Why? Well, the hotel is quite perfect in quality and cleanliness. The rooms are very large. The rooms are very quiet. The hotel is built into the side of mountain rock where the natural rock is actually the hotel wall; along with a waterfall inside as well, of course. There is an entire inside "mall" attached to the hotel (through one flight of stairs) where many different stores offer shopping with multiple themes. There are a few choices for...

"Great indoor pool, decent sized gym, great outdoor porch. Hotel could use some remodeling but the staff was great, the elevators were quick and there were actually towels in the pool area. Gym needs mats please! (I'll come back again in the fall)"

"This hotel was a very good price. It had a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and stove in the room, which was also clean, a good size and comfortable. Parking was easy, the staff was friendly, and I am very happy with my stay there."

"The staff was terrific! Very accommodating and happy. The room, bed, accessible features, were all good. Did not do the breakfast. Our only complaint was the directions on Google. There is so much street construction & the directions took us to a parking lot about 2 blocks away. We kept driving around & finally saw AC, & weaved our way there, frustrated & questioning our decision to stay there. However, once we mastered the gate & entered, it was smooth sailing until checkout! Would stay again."
