Room was ok hotel is under total renovation. No elevator to take suitcases etc up stairs. Stomping kids above us maybe staff related since I think there are only two floors of rooms . Staff were very courteous and helpful. I think once they are done with renovations will be much better place to stay :)

Rooms were clean and parking was easy, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast was disappointing with very few options. The elevator was out of service during our stay, so we had to use the stairs, and the room’s landline didn’t work, requiring us to walk to the reception for any requests

The hotel was great. Clean, quiet, reasonable rate with a great breakfast. Our only issue was the room #316 had no heat turned on when we checked in. We had to sleep in our jeans and 2 sweatshirts until 2 am when the room finally warmed up. The heater wasn’t broken, it just wasn’t turned on. But otherwise everything was great. Will stay again when coming for a KSU football game.

Elevator was broken, and they were remodeling an entire wing of the hotel, but the front desk employee was really good about meeting us in the parking lot to warn us about the situation so we didn’t bring ALL of our luggage up the stairs. Room was clean, pillows were comfy, although the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. All in all, it was a good stay.
