"Thankyou to the whole team at Citadel Kandy. From the check in to checkout I was met with friendly helpful staff. Great service at breakfast and dinners. Excellent bar service and cocktail making. Hats off to the chefs for the range of delicious foods for the buffets. Sri Lanka is open and I’d recommend the Cinnamon Citadel as a great place to stay. Great quiet comfy rooms, good range of sun beds by the pool for relaxing. Was a great stay. Thanks again to all the team. "

"All facilities excellent Only suggestions Liquid soap in bathroom instead of bars of soap Bath could do with grab bars or a bath mat Otherwise a beautiful location with stunning views "

"Nice place, good service. Not many sun loungers at the pool. Sad to hear that the leftovers from the buffet are thrown out and not given to the ones in need. Try to reduce food waste, and at the same time do something good for the ones without much."
