"Beautiful property. Well maintained. Appreciated the nature walk and yoga sessions. The thermal pool was great. However very poor value for money. The Sri Lankan food was bland and the food left much to be desired for. Although the food was well presented the flavours were lacking. No menus options, very limited juice options, most things are chargeable. Nothing was really offered. Staff responded to requests but had to ask for everything. Was disappointed. "

"We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Fox Kandy and could not be happier with the experience. The room, hotel, facilities and grounds were spotless. Thank you Yasim for looking after our room. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and ate at the hotel on two nights, the food for all meals was really good quality. Special mention to all the staff who were all polite and courteous and were always on hand to help. Thank you all and we hope to stay again in the future."

"The room was just ok. Very small, cheap amenities and the first night there was a very bad smell in the bathroom— sewage smell. Talk with the front desk the following morning and it was corrected Carpets in the hallway and elevator are in deep need of a good cleaning. That doesn’t give a good image. We expected the hotel to respond to your WhatsApp questions about whether they are still open and functioning after the hurricane but didn’t get a response. Fortunately they were open when we arrived. We’d stay there again if we are back in Kandy. "

"Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!"

"The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location."
