Rooms are good and have everything you need. Only negative thing about the room is the bed is really hard. Overall a great stay and very good value for your money. Read some other rewrites about women not feeling safe. As a solo female I felt 100% safe at the hotel at all times. Room door have beside a lock also a security chain....

"This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. The way the management and staff handled the entire situation was exceptionally professional in every respect. We felt very well cared for and highly recommend this hotel."
