"We stayed at HIGH RICH RESORT BENTOTA. Staff looked after well. Food was good. Manage was friendly and helpful to guest. We will come back again in February."

"Can't fault friendliness of staff. However there was no management demonstrated at all. Greeted by bunch of boys in shorts - didn't even seem like staff. English spoken was mostly very limited. Wanting to pay for drink, I asked "how much". After 5 minutes the guy came back with a hammer! The food we had on the first night was actually quite good. But the flies are a big problem. And most things on the menu are not available. After asking for wine, Ginger beer, soda and all not available I...
