"I had the delight of staying at Morales historical and colonial downtown core. The place is beyond beautiful. I had a great time meeting Shirin at the front desk, and she was sweet, professional and well spoken. The room is perfect with fine details, but the core of the experience is the staff that works there. From Suzy in housekeeping, to the concierge and the security staff. Every moment was sublime.
