"We stayed one night to spend extra time with our grandson who lives in Haifa. The location is really nice, near a lot of cool cafes/bars/restaurants; seems like an up and coming area. The facilities are very basic and our room was smaller than the ones we saw online. Good: great bathroom lighting, good water pressure and an actual shower door so no bathroom flooding. "Have been using this hotel for many years and will defintely continue staying here. At our last stay some issues were mentioned and the extent ti which these were addressed was very encouraging and in line with past experiences. It seems as if they have improved on already satisfactory service. Breakfast service and pool service are noticeable better. Room cleaning and turnover also seem to run in tighter schedules. Looking forward to the next stay Thank u "
