Thank goodness for translation app. The washer/dryer is a great convenience, even though they only have two machines. The amenities were very good and abundant. They only complaint is that the elevator is really slow. The surrounding area is so convenient to everything. There are so many options to eat and shop. We did a lot of both. It was a great hotel. "

"Great breakfast Close to Chitose airport bus stop but not close to JR Sapporo station but I was travelling by bus both in & out. Staff were really good Wifi good Lots of eating places close by I would've preferred a slightly softer bed but that’s my only complaint "

"Location is everything! In the heart of Sapporo between Odori and Susukino, easy access to food, shops and transportation. Room was clean and spacious. Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new. Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED. Free popsicle/ice cream post onsen. "
