"The staff was very warm and friendly. The bar was fully stocked and the lounge area was a fun atmosphere. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed although we were disappointed that the balcony was covered in bird poop. We were still able to use it, just not the lounge chair. Over all we had a great stay. "

"Kept awake all night by alarm going off every 5 minutes in the room next door. Reception did not answer our internal call. Got a reply when I used my mobile. A staff member knocked on the door, when he heard the alarm. Then contacted his manager, who arranged a phone call to the room. Alarm continued. Second staff member then contacted his manager "to ask what to do". Another phone call resulted in alarm being switched off at 05.40 am. The two staff members conversed in Spanish, only speaking...
