"Hotel staff, Lois, Lisa, Cristina, Elena and Victoria are excellent, including the restaurant staff. They are helpful, friendly and genuine. The location is great for transportation access, restaurant and shopping. However, the beds are the worst I have ever had. The springs are poking into you all night. The minute you sit on the bed the springs dig in and mske noises. Despite paying $411 a night for am execuitive room no resolution of the issue for four nights. Given how bad it was I...

"Seems a bit all over the place. The room was not clean at all and supplies were not replaced in time. Upon check in (I paid for luggage storage and came 4 hours after check in time started), they didn’t seem to have a bed ready for me but eventually found one. The staff is either super helpful or super confused and seem lost. No kitchen or fridge to store any food so it’s a bit inconvenient"

"Really lovely helpful staff and we had the best breakfast, the choices were fantastic. They catered for gluten intolerance which I appreciated. It was fairly central to what we needed. The rooms were clean the only complaint for me was that I had paid for a double deluxe room and it was a tiny space, we struggled with having a space to put our suitcases anywhere and for the price I paid I was disappointed."
