"We like stopping at this hotel when traveling from Toronto to Florida. Our Room was clean with a basic kitchenette with some dishes/pots and cutlery. Close to Walmart and Costco. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold options. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall a good place to stay. "

"I love the Tru hotels for overnight stays on our way to and from Florida, or anywhere! They provide exactly what you need for a short stay - very clean and a free breakfast in the morning. This location is particularly nice as you can walk to a number of nice restaurants for dinner."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast menu with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Floors will turn your feet/socks black from the filth coating them. Had to switch rooms numerous times because of issues with them. Staff said they returned my $50 deposit but i never recieved it back on my card. "

"The hot tub in my room was not working, staff on duty was very nonchalant about it. Offered a discount, but looks like I was charged full price for the room i frequent this hotel often and never had a problem. I genuinely book a room here solely for the hot tub and unfortunately this trip. I was unable to utilize it, but was charged full price for it. I would really like to see them have that fixed and to make it right with a regular traveler to this establishment."

"There was only 1 ice machine for 5 floors and sometimes it was empty too. They charged my credit card for the full stay even though I had pre-paid for the stay. I reserved a King Suite, but they checked me into a Queen Suite. They did offer to move me the next day. "

"No. When we first got there, parked and stepped in puke. Our room had only handicapped accessible paking. Went to dinner came back and no parking except in the back of the building. Our car was full of vacation stuff. Called Front deck. Finally said d we could park in handicapped area. Hair in bathtub. Dirty The vent was hanging from the ceiling not plugged in. There was a gap between outside and inside from the maid door. Told front desk. Who knows if it got passed on. I doubt it. Never...

"The hotel was going through a renovation and I had no idea before I arrived and it was just not pretty. There was tape on the walls and work going on during my stay there was nowhere nice to"

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff...everyone was friendly and helpful. There were quite a few cosmetic repairs needing done, such as the peeling paint above the pool. There were large pieces hanging down over a significant area of rhe ceiling. The indoor pool is small, and I had to leave after just 10 minutes because it felt like my lungs completely shut down between the humidity, high air temp, and chlorine fumes in the air.
