"We recently booked a two queen room with expedia and for AC Hotel Des Moines and
when we checked in they said you had book us for a king with a sofa bed. We specifically booked 2 queens because my sister was traveling with us and she has a bad back so you guys changed our reservation.This is the second time this has happened and the desk said it happens alot with Expedia. We want a refund for the difference in the cost of the room. You ruined my sisters trip!!!"

"The room and the building in general are in terrible condition and the staff make little effort to keep tbe building clean. For our room in particular, our TV didn't work the entire time we stayed and the front desk tried to fix then said they would have someone out ASAP to look at it. Nobody ever did show up.
