"Very good hotel in interlaken west. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Had nice garden. Good breakfast with options. Had everything we needed for our stay. Also the owner even booked a taxi for us when I requested. Only thing I would pick is it’s bit of walk from the train station if you are not used to that much walking, otherwise great hotel."

"We had a small but functional room with a balcony with a beautiful Mountain View. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying our lunch and the views. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The free breakfast was a huge perk and delicious! The restaurant also provides dinner with a nice variety menu to chose from.
