"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the...

"Tip-top! Really amazing food, staff, and property! Definitively worth the the trip!"

"Beautiful property great location. My major issue was with the air-conditioning. There was none. It was a hot day in Amboise and the room was stifling. I opened the window to cool down but got bit by mosquitoes. I spoke to the front staff who said their heating and cooling were an eco-friendly system that didn’t work well on extreme temperature days. Other than that lovely day."

"We like the proximity of this hotel to the main square and the Royal Chateau. The room and bathroom we had was very spacious. The AC worked really well, but the lift/elevator was not working. Also the carpet in the stairs and hallways are so old/dated. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast includes a variety of choices."

"This was a great spot to explore the surrounding area, though we were also very happy when we just relaxed at the chateau!. My wife rated the breakfast 11/10, and the my son loved his turret side-room. Aside for breakfast, No restaurant on-site, but they have a kitchen where you can find what you need to have a nice picnic meal out the grounds"

"The parking is not owned by the hotel, but is directly adjacent to it with an elevator that comes up to the front door of the hotel. Overall, an excellent experience in a very good area of town close to lots of restaurants I would stay there again."
