All of the staff knew English. Everyone was very attentive. Very modern. Felt very safe.
We had our room booked on 2nd floor, the hallaway leading to the room was little smelly, other than that everyhting was superb. We staued many times at this hotel. Everytime it was a great experience.
A gorgeous property with incredibly comfortable facilities and lovely amenities, plus marvelous breakfast - but the real stars are the staff. Ashok from housekeeping was incredibly solicitous and always made sure I had whatever I needed, and Praveen and the rest of the breakfast staff were friendly ...
Excellent location, we were made to feel welcome and received an upgrade which was a lovely surprise!
I really liked everything and everything was great. Thanks.
