"A good resort for a getway from the city crowd .."

"The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family."

"This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again. "こんな所にホテルがあるの？という山の上にホテルはあります。雲の上にいるみたいで、素敵なところです。行くまでの道が狭いので運転手を頼んで周辺に出かけるのが良い。また運転手を手配してくれます。ウェルカムドリンクのスパイスコーヒーは、飲んだだけで癒されます。毎日の朝ごはんは、種類が豊富でおいしかった。朝のガイドつきの散歩、周辺の観光地について教えてもらった。ホテルの中のアクティビティも種類がたくさんあって良かった。スパには行かなかったけれどよさそうでした。ゆっくりしたかったので、いくつかを訪ねてみました。本当にゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました。"

"Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall."

"The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

"A hidden gem! this feels like an unfolding love letter. the views of the mountains are fantastic & the nature surrounding our stay felt like a dream! the staff is incredibly attentive making you feel right at home. I am so pleased with the whole experience here. They offer activities on the spot & a menu for massages. The food is incredibly tasty. if you're looking for a place to stay this is the destination for you!"
