It was awesome to have the ability to charge our devices using the solar-powered charging device. There was a mat for shoes to help keep the carpeting clean (yes, there is carpet so you're not stepping on the hard, cold bottom of a tent). You have the ability to open up multiple tent flaps so that sunshine or air can move through the tent without exposing you to bugs because there are...

"This was the perfect place for us to stay. The location to Jackson was convenient and the drive was so beautiful. The staff was warm and helpful and our cabin was clean, cozy and spacious. We will definitely be back!"

"The pictures are very different than what you see in person. Love that the place is a pet friendly but they need deep clean for the next guest. Once we open the tent you have that dog smell. The rug was wet. Seems like the water does go inside the tent. We have water puddles inside the tent. We didn’t spend our time at the campsite because we went to explore other places. You can rent a portable heater. Also there are many holes and mud would be nice to have a proper walk way into your tent....

"We made this our stopover both ways on our recent roadtrip. The room was very comfortable , spacious and clean for our family of 3. The pool area was so much fun, the best water slides we have seen in a hotel. The hours for the pool area were made clear and were very generous. Every interaction we had with staff was a positive one. The breakfast was substantial and had choices that worked well for all 3 of us. In addition to the self serve waffle makers they had hot food, multiple cereal...

"The only way that the pool and hot tub can be accessed is through walking up and down large flights of stairs. Not at all handicapped or disabled person friendly."

"Nice building and room! Very clean, modern and comfortable. One complaint is that parking is a bit difficult. The rooftop bar was nice, but didn't have the rooftop "feel" that other places have. This seemed like a bar placed on top of a building. The high walls and format didn't make it seem like you were necessarily on a rooftop and could enjoy the city views, especially when sitting down."

"Hotels that allow pets should routinely deep-clean their carpets or consider removing them altogether. My room itself was clean, but there was a strong smell of dog poop, which made the stay unpleasant. If hotels are going to welcome pets, they also need to make sure rooms are properly cleaned and deodorized between guests. ALSO THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING $10 A NIGHT, WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSED ON EXPEDIA."
