"This place is great! Came with my husband to visit Yellowstone National Park, it wasn’t too far from the west entrance. The staff here are super helpful and friendly, and the cute little cabin we got was perfect for just the two of us! Highly recommend, and hope to stay here again in the future!"

"Manager was on site our first day and was very pleasant and helpful. Other front desk staff were not. Most times no one was at the front desk and there was a phone for you to call for assistance"

"Very nice hotel! Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. The breakfast buffet was very good (better than most and had the best sausage links I’ve had in years). Parking is good, and hotel is about 5-6 minutes from downtown. They do allow dogs inside and some of the neighboring rooms had dogs that barked pretty loud, but not after hours, and was quiet otherwise."

"The room was filthy...cobwebs...carpet pulled away from the base boards. Dirty THIN throw for a bedspread. People are staying long term and I did not feel safe. No elevator...to get to the second floor you have to climb a big staircase. The air-conditioner/heater was missing the top cover. Just junky!! Never again!"

"The room was poolside which gave me direct access to the grass outside. The facility was clean and staff was welcoming and friendly. The steak in the 365bar was outstanding and Colby was very attentive. Very enjoyable. This will be my stay when visiting Boise."

"After asking the front desk if there was any deadline for check-in and given a response of “no deadline, you can check in any time of night”, I shared that no-deadline information with my partner whom I had booked the room for. He and his friend would be partying after a concert in downtown Boise, so I let them know that they didn’t need to rush to check-in and instead could party as long as they desired before checking-in for the night at the hotel. When they arrived at the hotel at 2:30 am...

"The woman at the counter took about a full 60 seconds before looking up from her monitor when I walked up to the desk. She briefly looked up and said “one moment”, and did not look up again for about another two minutes. Wow."
