"Duplex room was very basic, did not feel 5 star; spa facilities are a paid extra per day "

"Breakfast options were good, something for everyone. Even the early to-go breakfast was very nice and enjoyed on our early morning train ride into Vienna for the day. Also enjoyed the daily beetroot shots :) The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Loved it. The staff were amazing and very helpful with everything. Whether dinning options, how to get to the train station, must see sites, grabbing a taxi, you name it they were always so wonderful and helpful."

"Loads of choice for breakfast would of been nice to have had gf bread available every day Room had a comfy bed , great shower with shower gel , shampoo conditioner shower gel Good selection in the monk bar with good prices as well "

"Super large room, we got the family room with the pull out sofa bed. Was all comfy enough, when we requested an extra sheet they were happy to provide and someone was at the desk 24/7. There was also a washing machine with a free pod so after swimming we did a small batch of washing. Also super great walkable location "
