"Very nice hotel, comfortable stay. Pretty clean, decent breakfast, spacious room. Parking was annoying because the parking garage is shared with a bunch of businesses and under construction."

"Clean room, staff were friendly. They offer free shuttle service within city, which was great. But the wifi wasn't working, it just keeps loading stuff. Only worked around reception or in bar."

"Booked a getaway for my Fiancé and I.....Booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub. Would never ask her to go in that tub. Was dirty with hair in it. Lock on door was broke. Wont be back!!!"

"Property condition old. Needs maintenance and update. Elevators always very late. Only 1 was working. Not expecting cold breakfast. Coffee found cold all the time. Maybe short of staff or any other reason. Only the location was great. "

"I checked in early with no issues. The hotel was clean. The room was clean with plenty of room. The only issue in the room was the TV. It really needs adjusting as the picture was so dark it was hard to see faces. I parked in the back lot, plenty of light and I could see my vehicle from the window. I would certainly stay again."

"Great location , we were able to use public transportation to get to NY and back. I didn’t like the fact that parking is $22 (max) a day and you have to pay every time you leave out. Staff were super sweet and very accommodating. The small issues I had were fixed immediately. The breakfast menu changes daily so just go down to see what you may want that day. The food was expected, I really liked the egg bites. During our stay the Netflix didn’t work and channels were limited so if you’re a tv...

"Free parking, a bus ride away from manhattan. Catch the 127 bus across the street by U-Haul. Breakfast was basics, usually either thin bacon, round sausage and eggs and other breakfast options. No waffle maker. Exit to property is tricky. Felt like a safe area. Did have a homeless couple eating breakfast one morning and then security guarding a room across from us that was odd."

"One night stay for a concert. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable that I missed breakfast so I can’t comment on that lol. Super fast check in/out and friendly staff. I would stay here again. "

"there were mice in our room, my son caught hives we barely slept because we were trying to get the mice out. my daughter came out for competition and she was so drained from lack of sleep. knowing people come with children I would expect more espcecially for the price smh "
