"All the staff is very friendly and willing to assist if they can. We were in unit 1301 which was a great location for us. Only negative was the limited kitchen cookware, glasses, utensils provided. Reception was able to find us a fry pan. The pots were a little large and there was only wine glasses, no regular water glasses. We made do... not a really big deal. The king bed, as well as the couch and loveseat were firm, which suited us."

"The location is perfect across from half moon bay. We swam out to the swinging ship and swam In the ocean. The hotel is convenient to ALL of the restaurants in west end. We walked from one end to the other in 45 minutes and there were so many restaurants to choose from. The hotel staff was wonderful.
