"Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Staff was so polite and the rooms had everything you needed (razor, toothbrush, etc)! The room was the cleanest I have ever had in all my years of traveling across the US and world. There is a massive mall right outside the front door, plenty of food, and you couldn’t be any closer to a wonderful transportation hub."

"The hotel reception is very spacious and grand but our room (which had a superb view of the castle), was very dated and in much need of a renovation. The furniture was old and dark brown, the carpet looked grubby and the bathroom had a coloured suite, thin towels and a shower over the bath. Everything worked to be fair, hairdryer, shower pressure etc but the room looked very tired. Major issue with the cost of using the swimming pool which worked out at around £22 per person in September 2026...

"Great location near train station. Close to street trams and can walk into town. Lawsons down stairs so beer and egg sandwiches close by. Clean rooms, 11 sum is tight but manageable. Osen hot pool is a bonus and very relaxing. Will stay again."

"El hotel se encuentra cerca de la estación de tren lo cual lo hace conveniente para poder moverse a cualquier sitio de la ciudad las habitaciones son amplias y son cómodas, en este en particular las alfombras necesitan mantenimiento,l ya que se encontraban manchadas, pero en general el hotel funciona bien. Cuenta con lo básico."
