"Stay was good. Chail Residency food is very good . View from attached Balcony is great. Wifi connection is an issue but I assume it is genuine problem in hills."

"Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. "

"최악의 호텔임. 호텔수준이 아니고 민박수준임. 호텔닷컴의 예약 컨펌도 안됐다고 함. 추운날 가족들과 밖에서 노숙했음. 춥고 배고파 근처 호텔에서 저녁 식사하는데 근처호텔 역시 바가지 요금. 6명이서 43만원 내고 허접한 인도식 먹음.."
