"Amazing room and view, and great reception, porter and cleaning staff. However, numerous poor experiences with waiters and waitresses in the afternoon and evening time including poor service. The cooked breakfast options were mainly cold. Slightly disappointing given the price paid to stay here. Would recommend Prova Restaurant down the promenade - great meals, served hot and large portions, with great service and low prices."

"Our host was charming and so helpful. She sourced information on trips, where to eat, any thing we needed. Someone on all times. Parking was available too. The flat was exactly as shown in the photos on Expedia. It was all above and beyond our expectations. Baosici is a quiet modest fishing village. Not many tourists or tourist traps. Good food and shingle beaches, popular with locals at the weekend. You can swim pretty much wherever you like in the bay. Far enough away from Kotor for peace and quiet but waterside location makes it easy to visit all the cultural highlights by boat. Seafood in the village comes from the bay and nearby muscle and oyster farm too. Unspoilt and we consider a treasure."

"We honestly couldn’t fault our stay at Kruso Hotel and would happily stay here again. Our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after, with daily housekeeping, dressing gowns and slippers. We especially loved having our own terrace with the most stunning sea view it was lovely to sit out and enjoy the sunset. The infinity rooftop pool was a real highlight, with incredible views. The pool was definitely on the cold side, but having the loungers and towels provided was a great bonus. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the breakfast too. The only downside for us was the hotel being on the main road, so there was quite a bit of traffic, although we soon got used to it. The location more than made up for it, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the Old Town only about a 20-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Kruso Hotel to friends and family."

"We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The room and property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The beach area and pools were pristine with great service. All of the staff are incredibly well trained. We experienced a couple hiccups while there but the management (especially Marco) responded immediately and more than made up for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area."
