Herceg Novi Municipality Vacation Rentals

"The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Cleanliness and ambience was perfect. Design and furniture was beautiful. However they need to improve their house keeping department. They come in the morning and if we are sleeping they don’t bother checking again later. There is an electronic sign at the door indicating clean the room but it is useless if they don’t come to check it. Every afternoon I need to ask them to clean it. One day it was 6 pm and they have not cleaned our room yet. Unbelievable this would happen in the One and Only hotel. "

"The most fantastic experience - truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The Executive Suite was huge and beautifully appointed having been upgraded (after generously moving the date of the stay despite it being a non-refundable room) - welcome drinks were offered before a lovely dinner which was perfect for me and my daughter. Reception went out of their way to meet our needs with things we had forgotten to pack. We also enjoyed breakfast with very attentive service, the brilliant spa facilities and even a ride on the hotel bikes down the promenade to Herceg Novi. Lazure is wonderful - a must visit - and somewhere we regularly come to when visiting Montenegro. Thank you."

"FOOD IS HALAL the biggest helpful information i can give you this really helped our stay the staff is amazing particularly Mara who is so professional and had to deal with a very rude customer before me but remained polite and positive. the staff and their kindness and professionalism make the stay what it is "

" Set nice hotel, staff friendly. Sadly when I left I was charged for a water ( I did have one) theee were 2 sizes, and a free bottle was left ( the large size) I just need some to take some pills and drank the small one. I guess technically they can charge the €2.50 although I left them the one that cost €7.50. I was also charged .50 that was not on Hotels.com. "

"What a lovely boutique hotel with history. Extremely personable staff and the owner’s sister was so kind and genuine. They prepared our room with a lovely bouquet of flowers, wine, and delicious desert for our honeymoon. Such a pleasant stay! The room was amazing and very spacious. Would definitely stay again! "These apartments were in such a beautiful location right next to the sea which was a selling point for us. The host was so lovely and gave us local recommendations and was very welcoming. We loved our stay so much and would recommend. The apartment was beautiful with one bedroom looking out onto the balcony and sea view which was a lovely extra. We will be back! "
