"This was a 1 night stay prior to a longer booking, in a basic room. I was also here last year. Don’t be scared of a solo trip, the people are fantastic and you will be made to feel very welcome and not alone. The guests are hit and miss, some are a bit rowdy, some doing photo shoots the whole time but it’s easy to find some quiet space. Most are couples in their 30s. "Its a flop and drop resort with lots of entertainment, eating options, drinking options, suitable for all ages. Sunbeds next to pool were hard to get at times. Access to Beachcomber club was great. Loved the mexican buffet for lunch and greek buffet. Staff were excellent. Highly recommend. Pool towels"

"Nice rooms, well maintained grounds, clean and comfortable. Staff is great and make you feel welcome, one of the biggest assets . Food is good though the Asian a la carte and the late night buffet less so. Good massages at the spa and nice beach. It was a very relaxing week and I would definitely recommend. "

"Lovely setting, right on the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly, food very good for buffet and three al a Carte restaurant meals included. Room was a good size and separate area for teenage kids ideal. Only half hour drive from Heraklion airport and parking free at hotel. We rented a car as late flight and wanted to get to hotel ASAP. Car rental cheaper than private transfer and easy drive. Paid for late check out as return flight not till after 11pm and was well worth it."
