"We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!"

"BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events...

"We will never stay again as there was no microwave, paid parking (for an empty parking lot), plus paid parking is not necessary no one is walking to any of the close locations. The paid parking was just a money grab. the bathroom needs up grading. Why is the toilet that close to the shower door and the glass door of shower can’t be opened if the bathroom door is even half open/a glass door at that. The fresh towel rack is over the toilet. Bathroom layout is just weird and small. Plus no free...

"The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We were there on Mother's Day and the breakfast buffet staff wished us Happy Mother's Day. We also got great advice on local areas from the front desk staff. Thank you!"

"mediocre stay in every way. flush was broken, sink was clogged and accumulated water, there was an old cracker wrapper under the bed, heater/ac smelled burned, breakfast barely passes as edible, it was just very mediocre, not something i hated, but wouldn't necessarily recommend to anyone to stay here. staff was nice tho."
