"Air conditioner was not working, they called someone, cant fix it either, gave us a fan, we were sweating all night"

Paris public transportation had a few delays and setbacks during my trip, so it wasn’t the most reliable—I ended up taking Uber a few times. The airport is in the opposite direction, but without traffic, it’s about a 27-minute Uber ride, which wasn’t bad at all. "If you are in Paris, you HAVE to stay here! The property and hotel are STUNNING. You feel like you are secluded while still being in the city. The staff are AMAZING. They were so friendly and attentive. We went with my 5 year old, and she LOVED the pool and spa. I would stay here again!!"

"I’ve stayed in Melia hotels previously and have been impressed, so it was extremely disappointing to have this experience here: Screws visible and masking tape on the wall next to the toilet (I think a phone used to be here), carpet and bathroom walls not clean, privacy blind/curtain missing from half of the window (only 1 of 2 was there), reading/bed light on one side didn’t work and the other side the light was barely attached to the wall. "

"The staffs are Not friendly! Good in putting blame to others! When complaints about something the staff always blame other staff and never want to take up any responsibility! I was forced to pay the overnight parking for Euro43! When asked the staff why, the staff responded there should be 50% discount for the hotel guest, but i was not informed. The staff goes on to blame other staff and did nothing to my complain! "

"Hotel was goed. Foto’s in de boeking komen overeen. We moesten door een donker gangetje naar de kamer. Dat voelde voor ons niet fijn. Daardoor gevraagd voor een andere kamer, dat kon gelukkig. Ontbijt wat simpel maar goed."

"Not a good location. My room was not clean. The bathroom smelled sour and mildew-y and the room had a faint musty smell to it. The curtains for the window had dirt all over them. We had a 4 night stay booked with this hotel and only stayed the first night we were there. As soon as the sun came up, we were gone and booked with another hotel. I have emailed and messaged about a refund and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. I will never stay at this location or any other Ibis hotel because...
