"Staff were very friendly, helpful. Large bedroom and bedding very comfortable. The only comment was I had my do not disturb on and left. When I came back, the sign was offf my door and the bed had been made. The odd thing is the cleaning staff didn’t do anything else - my coffee wasn’t refilled, towels not adjusted - confused why housekeeping would come in when it shows on my door not to and then once inside only make my bed? Odd. Great location if you are doing business in La defense. So...

"The stay was very nice, the location was great to get to central Paris and the surrounding area. The nearest Metro station is a longer walk then it appeared so keep that in mind. Also the air conditioning in the room was not great, especially with the severe heatwave at the time. "

"Overall the hotel was really good. Must say the staffs and the room was good. Location is not the best even though a short 10 mins walk to La Stade station (Line J) that takes you to Gare st Lazare in 15 mins. My biggest negative feedback is the room cleaning. First day even though I requested at the reception and kept clean my room hanging, still they didnt do it. Second day they did it but it was hardly clean. Absolutely appalling. Really disappointed."

"The hotel is very close to the railway station,only about 5 minutes walk. It has cooking facilities, so we can cook noodles after a tired day. The environment is nice and quiet. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, it has cooked vegetables, eggs and meat."

"We stayed in a room that could accommodate 4 people. It was a clean room and the facility itself was also clean, the room just had an odd setup. It had curtains to separate our bed from our kids beds and the toilet was separated from the bathroom. So we had to walk through the other section to use the bathroom but showered in a different part. It was odd. Staff were friendly and helpful and our stay was otherwise good. "

"L’Imprimerie c’est un petit havre de paix à Paris. L’environnement luxuriant les arbres, la terrasse du deuxième invitent à la détente. Les petits déjeuners sont juste parfaits, la variété des fromages les aliments bios le café , les croissants tout y est pour pouvoir se préparer à aller decouvrir Paris."

"awesome front desk staff- loved them and the property and will definitely come back again. just a suggestion for reclaiming luggage after check out-if you can keep a separate bell desk area so standing in line again at check in counter can be avoided and time saved. we almost had 20 mins plus wait time to reclaim our tagged bags on our way back to airport as there were a lot of people checking in."

"Wer ein Nobelhotel erwartet, wird sehr enttäuscht sein. Allerdings ist dieses Hotel wirklich günstig. Die Lage ist okay. Die U-Bahn gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer einfach, aber völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben bestens geschlafen. Beim Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben, geschmacklich und auch mengenmäßig. Da war der Service nicht ganz so, wie man es sich wünscht. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis total okay."

"We were created promptly and with friendliness when we checked in. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and great amenities. The area is slightly outside of Paris itself, but so close that taxis and Ubers were still very inexpensive to get to the hub of Paris. Many restaurants are in walking distance for breakfast and dinners. And although we didn’t go to the restaurant in the hotel, it looked amazing. Great stay, highly recommend."
